Macario Brothers Lawn Care Effective Date: August 12, 2026 1. GENERAL TERMS This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Macario Brothers Lawn Care ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 2. USE OF THE SITE You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site. 3. SMS MESSAGING TERMS & COMPLIANCE Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation, reminder, service update, and promotional messages to customers and prospective customers who have requested an estimate or booked service with Macario Brothers Lawn Care through our website at https://macariobrotherslawncare.com, or via our scheduling and estimate forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, crew arrival and service completion notices, rescheduling and weather-related updates, estimate follow-ups, invoice and payment reminders, customer support communications, and — where you have separately consented — promotional offers on lawn care services. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program. Consent Not a Condition of Purchase: Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Macario Brothers Lawn Care. Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. SERVICE ESTIMATES AND SCHEDULING Estimates provided through the Site are preliminary and based on the information you supply. Final pricing is subject to on-site evaluation of your property. Scheduled service dates may be adjusted due to weather, equipment, or crew availability, and we will notify you of any changes. 6. DISCLAIMERS The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
